Popped into discount tile’s yesterday regarding a refund issue. Initially was told that I won’t be issued a refund and can only get a credit note as the tiles exceeded 30 days return policy. However after explaining my circumstances I was able to get the refund back into my original payment method. Thank you so much Stuart and the manager Josh for being so understanding and not just fobbing me off! Brilliant customer service!! We need more good workers like you in this world!! Again thank you so much!
