We can only accept returns on your full order with all tiles in unopened boxes. To raise your return, please complete our returns form and we’ll be in touch. You’ll need to arrange the delivery back to our warehouse – please note that we can’t cover the cost of this.
We can’t accept returns on:
- Spare/leftover tiles
- Unboxed tiles
- Damaged tiles
If you do happen to have a damaged tile delivered as part of your order, please notify us within 24 hours. You can contact the store on 01642 606505 or use the form on this page.
If you want to return a full order:
As tiles are fragile, we’d like to recommend the following so that your order is returned appropriately and arrives safely with us:
- Securely wrapping your order to the original delivery pallet
- Quote the following address to the courier company: Discount Tiles, Portrack Lane, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2LU
- Using a reputable pallet network. We advise using a logistics provider such as DPD, TNT, UPS or DX.
- Taking a photo of the pallet before it leaves, in case it’s damaged in transit
Once your refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.
